| Responsibilities: | Job Description The Coating Engineering Process Engineer is responsible for one or more specific coating process developing projects which includes: Liaise with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs and labour required Transfer new coating process to production and provide technical support To evaluate new process for customer sample and work with salesperson to get feedback from customer and follow up with the process Responsible for process monitoring and collecting control parameters as well as data measurement & report documentation Diagnose problems in the production line and provide solutions Identify customer¡¯s needs and sales opportunities to help with business growth Clearly communicate activities and provide process/status report to management Responsible for other coating engineering related duties assigned by supervisor This list is not intended to be all-inclusive. | Requirements: | Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor¡¯s degree or Master in Material Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering Electrical & Electronics Engineering or any other related field Has knowledge or experience in vacuum process or technology will be an added advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can communicate clearly and effectively Ability to work independently and in a team Must be at least 18 years or older |
